Westport Winery Wine and Spirits Club Terms and Conditions

Wine club membership requires monthly or quarterly pre-purchase credits toward wine or spirits. Your account is credited for the cost equal to the amount of your wine selection on the date of the club charge. For monthly clubs, your card is charged on the 1st of the month, and your account is credited on the 1st. (For quarterly clubs, your card is charged on the 5th of whichever quarter you sign up for.) If your card is declined for any reason (it happens to everyone now and then), we will try to contact you to update your payment information. If, for some reason, we are unable to reach you and/or you have not updated your payment info by the time of the next club charge, your membership will be terminated without penalty. Upon termination, you give up all benefits of being active in the club. Any credits to your account will remain active for wine or spirits purchases. Wine club membership credits are non-refundable. All club accounts must be current to qualify for club benefits. Member discounts do not extend to friends and family. One coupon or discount per check, except for wine purchases for wine club or spirits purchases for spirits club.

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to your next club charge. Whether you cancel your membership or your payment expires, you must make the initial purchase again to rejoin. Because we do not charge any fees to join our clubs, and we give you a discount on your first purchase, if your membership is canceled for any reason, in the first 6 months of joining a club, you may become ineligible to rejoin any club for one year.
